We want you to be happy with your Pixelbrick. Not the case? Then we’ll be happy to help. 💛
1) Return conditions
You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it, as long as:
- the product is in its original condition, unused and undamaged, and
- everything is complete, including baseplates, bricks, tool, etc.
Tip: if you have opened the product, we ask you to return the parts neatly, for example bricks sorted by colour in bags. This helps us process your return faster.
2) Registering a return
Email us at contact@pixelbrick.nl with:
- your order number
- the reason for the return
After approval, you will receive the return instructions.
Returns sent back without prior registration unfortunately cannot be processed.
3) Return costs
- Is something wrong due to our mistake, for example damaged, incorrectly delivered, or missing parts? Then we will solve it free of charge, either with a replacement, missing parts delivery, or refund.
- For returns for any other reason, the return costs are at your own expense, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4) Damaged or missing parts
Please check your order when you receive it. Is something damaged or missing? Email us, preferably within 48 hours, with photos, and we’ll arrange it quickly.
5) Refunds
After receiving and checking your return, we’ll let you know whether everything is approved. If approved, we’ll refund you via the original payment method.
We process refunds as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after you registered your return. We may wait until we have received the package or until you prove that you have sent it back.
6) Exchanges
Want something else? The fastest option is to return your order and place a new one.
